We're recruiting polished, personable people who love taking care of guests: lounge servers, baristas, bartenders, barbacks and hosts for our WWII-inspired whiskey, cigar and coffee lounge.

Pick your squadron
Apply for one position or several. You'll choose them on the first step of the application.
Lounge Server
Guide guests through cigars, whiskey and cocktails, and run the floor with old-school hospitality.
Bartender
Craft cocktails and pour from a serious whiskey list.
Barista
Own the specialty coffee program from the morning shift on.
Barback
Keep the bar stocked, fast and spotless behind the scenes.
Host
First and last impression: greet, seat and set the tone.
Lounge Manager
Lead the crew: shape the culture, service standards and guest experience of the lounge.
Cigar Manager

Offer & uniform fitting
Every offer, for every position, includes a custom uniform fitting. Offers are contingent on a successful fitting.
Before you apply
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- AZ TIPS and Arizona food handler certificates, or willing to get them before you start.
- Available for weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable in a lounge where cigar smoking is permitted throughout.
- Able to wear the Tail Gunner uniform.
The uniform
Custom made and provided by Tail Gunner; it stays on property. Shoes are not provided.
